We aim to please you and make this one of the easiest and most productive steps you’ve made in your journey of scaling your music.

Our Spotify marketing campaigns are a done-for-you service. However, there are several things that you can do to increase the chances of your campaign going as well and as smoothly as possible.

STEP 2: WHITELIST OUR EMAIL

We will be sending your results to you via email from our team 14-35 days from your promotion start date.

Whitelisting our email will ensure that our email delivery gets to you and doesn’t get flagged as spam or junk.

Alternatively, Google how to whitelist an email by googling “how to whitelist email” along with your email provider (i.e. “How to whitelist email Gmail”).

STEP 3: REVIEW SPOTIFY PROCESS

HERE’S THE TIMELINE FOR YOUR SPOTIFY CAMPAIGN:

  1. For orders of songs that are already released, we'll start within 2-5 business days on the soonest Tuesday or Friday.

  2. For upcoming release orders, we'll lock it in our calendar to start on the release date (as long as it's ordered at least 48hrs in advance). If your release date is not on a Tuesday or Friday, (Friday being the industry standard release day), we'll start it on the soonest Tuesday or Friday from your release.

  3. Between the time of your order and the campaign start date, we will be preparing who to pitch to so that we can start right on your campaign start date.

  4. At this time, we do NOT currently touch base with you on your campaign start day with a confirmation that the campaign has begun. We will be likely changing this in the weeks to come, but, for now, do not expect to hear from us on your release day and/or campaign start date (we’ll be busy pitching out to curators and trying to get your results fast!)

  5. We'll touch base within 14-35 days of the Spotify promo campaign start date with results sent to you via email with results.

    NOTE: There is a chance that the email we send you will be flagged as SPAM or junk mail - we’ve had that happen a few times. If it’s past 35 days, and you haven’t heard from us, please email us, and we’ll get you your results immediately for sure!
