Courage Music Marketing LLC ("Courage Music Marketing," "we," "us," or "our") operates the following websites and online properties:

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Courage Music Marketing LLC. By accessing or using our websites, services, or digital content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to use our websites or services. By using our sites, you agree to abide by these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the websites after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Website Access & Security
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our websites without notice.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Sharing account access is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@CourageMusicMarketing.com immediately.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content—including logos, text, audio, video, and digital resources—is owned by or licensed to Courage Music Marketing LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content. Unauthorized use terminates your access.

5. Promotional Orders & Music Campaigns
All promo orders are processed within 2–5 business days and are typically completed within 14–35 days of the start date. Larger promotions may take longer.
To ensure your promotion starts on your song’s release day, place your order at least 48 hours in advance. If you are ordering last-minute, please email or text us after purchase and we will do our best to accommodate.
We promote songs every Tuesday and Friday. For example, if your song releases on a Sunday, it will be promoted the following Tuesday.
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. The only exception is our zero-playlist guarantee: if your campaign results in no playlist placements, you will receive a full refund.
Promotion packages cannot be upgraded mid-campaign. However, you are welcome to purchase an additional campaign after the current one concludes.
We reserve the right to adjust genre, sub-genre, or mood targeting if we determine a different targeting approach will achieve better results.
Campaigns begin with focused sub-genre targeting and broaden based on order size. If you order a larger campaign than recommended, results may vary due to broader targeting and increased decline rates.
If your song does not go live (e.g. your distributor delays the release or you reschedule), we will hold your credit for up to 60 days. After that time, unused credits will expire and are non-refundable.

6. Online Transactions & Refunds
All purchases are governed by our Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy [insert link].
Refunds are only issued in accordance with that policy and subject to the terms listed above.

7. Third-Party Links
Our websites may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies. Access these sites at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our websites and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

That the websites will be uninterrupted or error-free
That the content is accurate, complete, or current
That downloads will be free of viruses or harmful components
All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. No Professional Advice
Nothing on our websites constitutes business, legal, financial, or professional advice. You use all content at your own discretion and risk.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
This includes loss of income, data, reputation, or business opportunity. Your only remedy is to stop using our websites.

If you believe content on our websites infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to support@CourageMusicMarketing.com with the following:

The URL of the infringing content
A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate

12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, service outages, or government restrictions.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by North Carolina law.
Any disputes must be brought in state or federal courts located in Charlotte, NC. You consent to this jurisdiction.

14. Class Action Waiver & Claim Limitation
You agree to bring any claim individually, not as part of a class or group action.
All claims must be filed within one (1) year of the incident or they are permanently barred.

15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our websites or services at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
